Review Board Form

The Coaches Review Board (CRB) is responsible for hearing all issues concerning Football that cannot be resolved by the coaching staff or directly involves the coaching staff. The following steps must be followed in order to hear your issue. Any attempt to circumvent this process or go beyond the CRB may cause unfavorable results. Most issues can be solved prior to reaching the CRB through private discussion with the corresponding head coach. We urge you to take this approach prior to bringing this to the CRB. Thank you

By clicking submit, your issue will be sent to the Football Director who will follow up with a phone call to confirm the issue and get more information. Once verified, if the matter cannot be solved by the Director, it will then be brought to the CRB. Decisions by the CRB are final unless new information is presented.

NOTE: This program frowns on petitions and complaints made outside of this process. Anonymous comments will not be recognized by the CRB. If you truly care about the program and want to see your issue resolved fairly, please follow this process.
